- We purchase your goods from you with a guarantee that you can buy them back within a 28 day period.
- You can telephone our staff to discuss your needs prior to calling in-store.
- We will pay you cash for your goods
- We keep your goods protected in a secure storage for 28 days until you return to collect them.
- The fee for the Buyback service is 25%. For example if you get £100, the buyback amount will be £125. There is a minimum charge of £5 for amounts under £20.
- You have the option to renew your Buyback when the 28 day period expires, simply by paying the 25% to extend your Buyback for a further 28 days. You can renew your Buyback as many times as you like.
- All Buybacks are subject to in-store testing before purchase.
- ID will be required when using our Buyback service. Photo ID is preferable with ID to corroborate address details. Give us a call to discuss ID requirements, we will be more than happy to help.
- We will take copies of your ID and enter your details into our customer database. This will enable a much faster Buyback service in the future. Your data will NOT be shared with anyone else at all.
